August 23, 2007:  an expanded interface to rna22 has been released.
       (i) predict microRNA targets
       (ii) predict novel microRNA precursors and their corresponding mature microRNAs
       (iii) use a batch utility to predict precursors and their corresponding matures
       (iv) use our revised batch utility to predict targets
