Reference: A pattern-based method for the identification of microRNA-target sites and their corresponding RNA/RNA complexes T. Huynh, K. Miranda, Y. Tay, Y.-S. Ang, W.-L. Tam, A. M. Thomson, B. Lim, I. Rigoutsos Cell, Vol 126, 1203-1217, 22 September 2006.

May 20, 2008:  an expanded interface to rna22 has been released.
       (i) predict microRNA targets
(ii) predict novel microRNA precursors and their corresponding matures  (new!)
(iv) use our revised batch utility to predict targets
(iii) use a batch utility to predict precursors and their corresponding matures  (new!)
