July 30, 2007     /     updated utility for batch submission
We have updated the batch submission utility to allow for the processing of very long sequences. Click here to download.

March 21, 2007     /     download utility for batch submission
You can now download a utility that will allow you to run batch queries (i.e. many microRNAs against many candidate target sequences). It is very easy to install, set up and use. You can download the utility as well as information on how to use it by clicking here. The file has been compressed using the Windows zip program.

November 11, 2006     /     download pre-compiled predictions
You can download RNA22 precomputed predictions predictions by following the links below. Note that these predictions were generated using stringent parameter settings (listed at the top of each of the files). To generate more sensitive predictions please use our interactive interface or the above batch request utility.
