We have now released a new web interface and a batch submission utility for predicting novel precursors and their mature microRNAs . You can access them by visiting this page .

March 21, 2007
In response to requests by numerous users, we now make available a utility that will allow you to predict targets in batch mode (many microRNAs vs many target sequences). You can access it from this page here .

November 11, 2006
You can now download rna22 predictions (content) as compressed text files. You can access them from this page here . These predictions correspond to stringent threshold settings. If you wish to generate target predictions for more 'lenient' threshold choices, please use the interactive server or our batch utility.

October 27, 2006
The output page now includes a frame with the results reported using a recently-devised heuristic ordering / light-green= higher-quality candidates light-red= lower-quality candidates

October 10, 2006
We now report the target islands in spreadsheet-ready format (see link at the top of results page). Target islands are reported even when no heteroduplexes are found for the tested microRNA/mRNA pair)
